Rachel Leonard gets out of bed in the morning thinking about people!

Having 12 years of international corporate experience in human resources and training management she really has seen the good, the bad and the ugly!

From bread rolls to ball bearings; oil-rig filters to operations directors; facilities management to forklift trucks - she's likely designed the manual and implemented the training!

Rachel has an outstanding people playlist and a proven ability to bring out the best in others within such leading companies as Hays Technical Services, Capstan Education and Hilton International.

Rachel is on top of her game as well, academically holding a Bachelor Honors Degree in Business Studies majoring in Human Capital.

I have always thought of businesses simply as being, 'people with ribbons' wrapped around them - that ribbon may say 'Company ABC or Company XYZ' it doesn't really matter - in the 'knowledge worker' age that we are in, (where there is more fluent and free trade for skilled people); companies will only attract and retain such great people when they know they're invested in - there is more than just the paycheck for such great people.

Good companies talk about people being their most valuable asset. Great companies walk their talk.

Between Paul and I we have a unique chemistry because our traditional functional backgrounds of 'Finance' and 'HR' are very left brain-right brain orientated. There's a wonderful cocktail that's created between us and it shines through in a very 'whole person' (almost holistic) kind of way when we work with people & organizations.

Paul Butler is passionate about people and financial success!

Although having 18 years international CPA experience in both Europe and North America he clearly breaks the mould of the stereotypical 'bean counter'!

Paul has significant global corporate experience - having held senior management positions with McKinsey and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Hilton (both in the UK and here in Los Angeles) and more recently with Marriott as a Finance Director supporting 41 hotels in Western Europe.

He has always prioritized his focus on the support and development of the people within his team knowing that it's through them that companies leap forward.

It clearly shows Paul's unique blend of skills when in 2004 he became an Associate Member of the International CPA Body (CIMA) and within the very same month, a Certified Trainer for Dr. Stephen Covey's 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People™'.
